    Match the subfont size to that of plan9port's. This should make the fonts which reference the generated subfonts transferrable.

    Include /sys/lib/fontsrv.map into distribution.

    Updated FreeType to 2.14.2 and synced fontsrv with the latest plan9port.
    Improved rendering of slanted (italic) fonts.
